FOR THE 2022 SEASON

Your cabin rental rate includes use of a 14 ft. aluminum fishing boat at no additional charge. Rates are based on the total number of persons including infants, children and visitors. Please read the Maximum Occupancy under Questions & Policies before booking your stay. A two-night minimum is required in spring and fall, and three-nights required for holidays. Most summer weeks (noted with an * under the Daily Rates section) require a 7-night rental with Saturday arrival. Be we can get a last minute cancellation and may be able to offer you a shorter stay. So if you have just a few days you can get away, call us to check, we will do our very best to accommodate you!

ADDITIONAL WEEKLY GUESTS Each person in your party, including infants, children and overnight guests, is charged an additional $135 a week to the Weekly Base Rate for Up to 4. (This cost has already been calculated in chart shown above.) No more than the Maximum Occupancy listed for each Cabin is ever allowed on the grounds of the resort at any time during your stay. Please read the Maximum Occupancy under Questions & Policies before booking your stay.

ADDITIONAL DAILY GUESTS If additional persons, including infants, children and overnight guests, are not staying the entire week, but just few days, the additional cost is $27 per person/per day. To determine your total costs, add this fee to the Weekly Base Rate for Up to 4. No more than the Maximum Occupancy listed for each Cabin is ever allowed on the grounds of the resort at any time during your stay. Please read the Maximum Occupancy under Questions & Policies before booking your stay.

WEEKLY BASE RATE for all Samara Point cabins is calculated on 4 persons or less.

DEPOSITS

CABINS 1 THRU 7: A $550 deposit is required for each weekly reservation in the Cabins.
CABIN 8 CHANNEL HOME: A $650 deposit is required for each weekly reservation in the Channel Home.
DAILY RESERVATIONS: First-night’s stay is due at time of booking.

BALANCE

The balance for your entire, confirmed stay is due in full at the time of check-in.

FEES & TAXES

There is NO LODGING TAX, RESORT FEE or SERVICE FEE added to your rental cost.
State and local taxes are in addition, and not included in the rate.

PAYMENT

We truly appreciate if you can pay your deposit and your balance by check. If you are unable to pay by check, we do accept Visa and MasterCard.

CANCELLATIONS

If cancellation is received:

60-DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE Your deposit will be refunded only if we’re able to rebook your reserved dates, at the same rate. A $50 processing fee will be deducted.
WITHIN 59-0 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL DATE You are responsible for 100% of your confirmed stay.

CREDITS OR REFUNDS

No credit or refunds are given to late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather or no-shows.
